Objectives

This course will give you a real world understanding of Agile as well as the use of the Scrum and Kanban methodologies. You will: Understand Agile teams and planning, Scrum Framework, Kanban continuous flow, Scrum ceremonies and the practical management of projects through collaboration. You will also understand team dynamics, facilitation and the stages of team formation.
